Inaugural blog here at Shadoworld Entertainment.. Mon., Sept., 24th, 2007
This is the inaugural blog here at Shadoworld Entertainment’s rapidly growing and expanding on-line home.
We would like to welcome everyone to the initial soft launch of www.shadoworldforever.com and also thank you as you continue to visit our website and support our many different efforts. As you can see with this website we made a MAJOR upgrade in our on-line presence and what is so amazing about this soft launch is that the website is not even finished. As much as the artists want me too unveil their NEW music, I am holding off until our office and our new web designer finish tweaking the website in complete totality, we will soon be following-up with the launch of the official Shadoworld Records website at www.shadoworldrecords.com . So, I simply ask that you continue to bare with us while we patiently wait and hammer out the final details over the next few weeks.
We have incredible new music from pop sensation Ahrae, who’s album was entirely produced by Tiec Tocc which will debut right here, as well as on the official Ahrae website www.ahrae.com . Now the ever burning question is “Why do we continue to place demo music on the website?”, this can be answered in two parts; first and foremost always remember to show where you started thus you will appreciate where it is that you end. The second part is so that you at home are able to understand that every single artist came from a humble beginning, and though artists rarely take the time to look back to such beginnings, believe me; they were there. It has been a long time coming, but we hope our story and our overall movement will inspire the next generation of superstars and entertainment entrepreneurs the same way Barry Gordy’s Motown, David Geffen’s Geffen Records, Russell Simmons & Rick Rubin’s Def Jam, Puffy’s Bad Boy, Jay-Z/Dame Dash/ Biggs’ Roc a Fella, 50’s G-Unit, La Reid & Babyface’s La Face, Master P’s No Limit and Suge Knight’s Death Row have all inspired me. For all the good and the bad times you can hear and see it all here at www.shadoworldforever.com the website address says it all. Shadoworld Forever… This is our on-line community…
I had a dream and I stayed true to that dream at all costs, let know one tell me NO and made my dream a reality, not only for myself but for everyone that took this journey with me. The music is ready, we are selecting singles, planning videos shoots, all the while devising marketing and promotional plans to take it worldwide.
I am proud and honored to have such a strong team around me, both clients and staff. We are coming off an incredible promotional campaign on the behalf of G-Unit Records, working rap super star 50 Cent’s “CURTIS”. The energy is unbelievable, how often do companies get an opportunity to work with one of the greatest in any field.
In short, we are blessed and we keep winning by God’s grace.
With all that said, we are here and our time is now. Shadoworld forever. “Witness the greatest!!!”
Dream big, but achieve even bigger…
Julian Edwards, CEO
